Collections & Compliance Clerk

Summary Job Description:

Perform specialized clerical work, promoting compliance and collections of state revenues for court costs and fines. Provide accurate information and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and procedures.  Work with the public and outside agencies concerning collections/compliance of court costs and fines.  Ensure collections activities are meeting standards and corrective action taken place when necessary. Also responsible for the security of funds, receiving monies, and maintaining accurate records. Education/Experience:

Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required. Work experience in the legal process such as, paralegal, legal assistant, deputy clerk, law enforcement or relevant legal education, county residency is preferred.
Valid Florida Driver License is required.
